All-Breed // French Ring Trial
Welcome to the SWGC's French Ring trial, sponsored by the DPC!

About: French Ring is a personal protection sport originally developed, in France, to test potential breeding stock for their working ability. The sport has since evolved into one of the most technically challenging in the canine sporting world.

An Open Trial means that dogs who are unable to participate in the BST (Behaviour Stability Test) will be allowed to compete in a secondary bracket, provided that they are of healthy breeding stock.

We would like to thank the DPC for once again offering to sponsor this event! All rewards will be funded through them.
The Field
As French Ring is very technical the SWGC will be providing the field required for this trial including a full courses for Obedience, Agility, and Protection.

An explanation of what the various markings mean can be found to the right - Palisade, jumps, retrieves, and blind/decoy work will be broken down in the event post but should you have questions on which blind/jump needs to be used don't hesitate to ask.
In the future participants may use their own fields or others provided by the SWGC.
